Condominium seller
Have been a real estate investor for over 30 years and have worked with many agents. When my wife and I first met Mrs. Konkola we were very impressed with not only her knowledge of residential home sales but the manner in which she went about handling our many phone calls and e-mails, prompt and helpful. The last home that we listed with her sold in less then a week with multiple offers far over our asking price and expectations. Mahopac buyer
Magdalena handled both the selling of my condo and the purchase of my house. I work nights, she always made sure that showings of my place accommodated my crazy schedule and went out of her way to make sure that I could see homes that I was interested in.
